Our Packing Rates
We keep pricing simple and transparent. You choose the size of the crew that fits your home and your budget:
1 Professional Packer – $60 per hour
Perfect for smaller fragile-only jobs, kitchen packing, or when you just need an extra set of expert hands.
2-Person Packing Team – $100 per hour
Ideal for most homes and apartments. Two trained packers can quickly and safely handle kitchens, dining rooms, decor, and more.
3-Person Packing Team – $140 per hour
Best for larger homes, tight timelines, or when you want the job done as efficiently as possible.
Supplies are billed separately.
Boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and packing paper are charged based on what we actually use on your job.
(If you have your own boxes and materials, we’re happy to use those too, as long as they’re in good condition.)

How Long Does Packing Take?
Every home is different, but here are some rough guidelines:
Fragile-only kitchen & dining room:
2 packers for about 4–6 hours
Small apartment (mostly packed, just fragile & decor):
1–2 packers for about 4–8 hours
Full-home packing:
2–3 packers for a full day or more, depending on the size of the home and how much is already organized

Q: Do you offer packing-only services?
A: Yes. You do not have to hire us to load or unload. We are happy to come out just to pack your items so they’re ready for your move.
Q: Can you pack only my fragile items and glassware?
A: Absolutely. Many customers hire us specifically to pack glass, china, and other breakables while they handle clothing and non-fragile items themselves.
Q: Do I have to buy supplies from you?
A: No. We can use your boxes and packing materials as long as they’re sturdy and appropriate for moving. If you prefer, we can bring professional-grade boxes, paper, and bubble wrap and bill you only for what we use.
Q: How far in advance should I schedule packing?
A: As early as possible is best—especially during busy moving seasons—but we can often accommodate short-notice packing jobs if our schedule allows.
