Packing Rates
We keep pricing simple and straightforward:
1 Professional Packer — $65/hr
Best for smaller jobs, fragile-only packing, or a few rooms.
2-Person Packing Team — $120/hr
Best for most apartments, houses, kitchens, and general household packing.
3-Person Packing Team — $180/hr
Best for larger homes, tighter deadlines, or customers who want the job done faster.
Please note:
- 2-hour minimum
- Packing materials billed separately
- We can use your materials, or bring our own if requested

Supplies are billed separately based on what is actually used.
Items We Do Not Pack
For safety and liability reasons, BINGSERV does not pack:
- Cash
- Jewelry
- Important documents
- Medications
- Firearms or ammunition
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable or explosive items
- Perishable food
- Leaking liquids or open containers
Please set these aside before the team arrives.
How Long Does Packing Take?
Every home is different, but here are some rough examples:
- Fragile kitchen / dining room only: usually about 4–6 hours with 2 packers
- Small apartment packing: usually about 4–8 hours depending on how organized everything is
- Full-home packing: often a full day or more depending on home size, clutter level, and how much is already prepared
Photos help. If you want a better estimate, send us pictures of the rooms, cabinets, shelves, or items that need to be packed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer packing-only services?
Yes. You do not need to book loading or unloading in order to hire BINGSERV for packing.
Can you pack only fragile items?
Yes. Many customers hire us just for kitchens, dishes, glassware, collectibles, and decor.
Do I have to buy supplies from BINGSERV?
No. We can use your supplies if they are sturdy and appropriate for moving. We can also bring supplies if needed.
How far in advance should I schedule?
As early as possible is best, especially during summer and end-of-month dates. Last-minute requests may still be possible depending on the schedule.
